The live Internet session of the Stack’s Bowers November Baltimore Currency Auction will be held Monday, November 9 beginning at 10:00 AM PT. The session will feature 298 lots of United States currency including Colonial and Continental Currency, Obsolete Banknotes, Confederate Currency, Large and Small Size Currency, National Banknotes and more.
A number of nice Colonial and Continental notes can be found comprising both single and group lots are seen. Many nice high grade New Jersey Colonials include both December 31, 1763 and March 25, 1776 issues.
There are more than 50 lots of Obsolete Banknotes in the Internet session including several nice Proofs as well as some scarce issued pieces from various states.
Some very useful large size type notes are seen with around 40 lots of popular issues including Bisons and Chiefs, as well as notes from the ever-popular Educational series.
Small size fans will find some nice high grade examples with Gem notes from both PMG and PCGS and a trio of high denomination notes in the Internet session.
National Currency enthusiasts will find more than 50 lots of Nationals from various states, including notes from a Lynchburg, Virginia collection.
