Combining the obverse of Betts-546 with the reverse of Betts-616, this muling was struck at the U.S. Mint from dies produced by John Reich for Sansom's History of the American Revolution series. This particular combination of dies is quite scarce; its placement in the Betts, Julian and Greenslet works places extra pressure on the very limited supply.

The example to the left was sold by Stack's Bowers Galleries in the May 2006 Auction, where it realized $4,600.
