The obverse of Betts-492 features the bust of King Charles III with his head facing right. Around his head is a garland crown. On the reverse is a crowned eagle with its head facing left, wings spread, and orb in each talon. This medal is commemorating the proclaiming of Charles as the king in Bogota.
