The obverse of Betts-475 features the armored and draped bust of King Charles III facing to the right. The reverse has the Arms of Mexico City. The arms depict an eagle resting on top of a castle with lions to either side. This medal is listed as a variety of Grove-K-2, with the only difference being the edge lettering.
The example to the left was sold by Stack's Bowers Galleries in the January 2015 NYINC Auction, where it realized $2,820.
