The obverse features a bust of Charles III facing right, while on the reverse we see a rider facing right above two mountains. The proclamation festivities for Charles III took place on July 25, 1760, with medals issued in sizes corresponding to that of 1/2 Real, 1 Real, 2 Reales, and 4 Reales. The examples we have sold have all been holed.
