Most Deep/Ultra Cameo Proof 1960 half dollars encountered in today's market are far less contrasted on the reverse than they are on the obverse. Try locating an example that displays consistent cameo on both sides and is in the upper tier of grades. Finding an affordable Proof-68 or Proof-69 would not be out of the question.
