This final year Denver Mint issue in the Standing Liberty Quarter series is an overlooked rarity with Full Head detail. Only 2% of the mintage of 1.3 million coins is believed to have been imparted with such detail upon striking. When strike quality is considered in conjunction with overall preservation, the surviving population at the Gem level is dismal, and perhaps fewer than 100 such coins are available to collectors.

The example to the left was sold by Stack's Bowers Galleries in the November 2020 Auction, where it realized $11,400.
