The 1928 quarter is certainly a common date in the series. While offered with some frequency in MS-66 and lower grades, examples grading MS-67 are considerably tougher.

The example to the left was sold by Stack's Bowers Galleries in the June 2022 Showcase Auction, where it realized $11,700.
