How do I download the Stack’s Bowers Mobile App?
Stack’s Bowers Galleries is pleased to introduce our new, integrated website and iOS mobile and tablet applications. Our state of the art mobile app is sure to enhance your on-the-go auction experience. Bidding through the mobile app is quick and easy for both presale and live bidding. Simply download the free app and log in to your Stack’s Bowers account with your email address and password. Just like on our website, anything you need for a complete auction experience is available to you. Click on the icon below to download the appropriate app for your mobile device.
Problems Online or With Mobile App
If you happen to encounter a problem online or with the Mobile App, more likely than not, the problem lies in the browser installed on your computer or iOS/Android version, which may not support the current technology. Rectifying this problem is a simple matter of updating your browser, iOS, or Android.
Windows Requirements: Windows 7 or newer using one of the following browsers: Chrome version 67+, Firefox version 60+, Windows 10+ Edge version 17+, or Internet Explorer 11 or newer.
Apple Mac Requirements: macOS 10.12 (Sierra) or newer using one of the following browsers: Safari version 11+, Chrome version 67+, or Firefox version 60+.
Apple iOS App Requirements: IOS version 11 or newer on one of the following devices: Apple iPhone 5S or newer, or Apple iPad Air or newer.
Android Device App Requirements: Android version 4.4 or newer.
Live Auction Audio and Video Streaming Requirements
Our video technology leverages industry standards which require the use of your browser. Audio/Video requires the latest versions of Google Chrome and Firefox. Video publishing supports a maximum of 720p (1280×720). Keep in mind that the video adapts to the connection quality, so it will downgrade the quality if it detects any issues that could impact the feed’s ability to deliver low latency. To participate in live auctions with live video your internet connection speed must be at least 1.5Mb/sec.
